			Surprisingly, William Branham's great-grandfather was born out of wedlock. His great-great grandmother eventually married Thomas Wisdom but her son, Lewis R. Branham, was a bastard child.

			William Branham's understanding of Deuteronomy 23:2 appears to be completely inadequate. Let's look at the verse in a more modern translation:
