New page

If you want to load and link an audio file, put a question on [[User talk:Believethesign]].

== Guidelines ==

'''Format'''

We are currently using MP3 format on the website.

'''File Size'''

We would like to target 1.5 minutes as the longest we want an audio file. This is because we don't expect a common user would listen for 5 minutes attentively. We want to present a broad array of material that is easy to skim through, but also provide access to a lot of depth (through links to the actual services). So, audio and video clips should be max 30 s. to 1.5 minutes. If the text quote cannot be condensed (for context, etc.), we can possibly highlight the portion of the text that is included in the audio file to provide a condensed audio file.
